Hex nuts to ASME B18.2.2 in Grade 5 and Grade 8 steel, ASTM A194 2H for B7 stud assemblies, plus nylon insert lock nuts (DIN 985, ASME B18.6.6) and serrated flange nuts. Threads cover UNC, UNF, metric and BSF from #8 to 1-1/2 in. Finishes include plain, zinc plated, yellow zinc, black oxide and Dacromet; brass H62 available for electrical work.

Can you make sizes or materials not listed here?
Yes. We manufacture to drawing and to sample. Send your specification through the RFQ form and we will confirm feasibility, MOQ and lead time.
What inspection and material documents can you provide?
Material test certificates, dimensional inspection reports and coating reports are available on request, depending on the material and finish of your order.
What is the MOQ, and can I get samples first?
MOQ depends on size, material and finish — standard catalog sizes start lower, and custom parts are quoted per drawing. Samples are available for most standard items; mention sampling when you send the RFQ and we will confirm.
How long does production and delivery take?
Lead time is confirmed per order with your quotation. Coated and custom parts need additional production and surface-treatment time. Share your target delivery date in the RFQ and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you commit.
