HexFastener ("we", "us") operates hexfastener.com as a product catalog and inquiry channel for industrial fastener buyers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.

  • Inquiry details you submit through our contact / RFQ form: name, company, email address, phone number, country, product specifications, quantities and message content.
  • Correspondence you send us by email, including drawings or specification files you choose to share.

How we use it

  • To prepare and send quotations, and to communicate about your inquiry or order.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
